Chef’s Hands, Inc. is a “Custom Catering Company” providing unique products and services for individuals and Corporations. We are “CLIENT DRIVEN” versus menu driven. Our goal is to provide you, the client, with exactly what you want, when you want it, and how you want it. Being Client Driven means that we do not structure everything around pre-determined menus. We provide a list of items we prepare and menus we have prepared for other clients. Then we work with you to decide exactly what you want: “Custom Food.”

We believe Custom Food requires “Custom Service”, so we can provide our clients with great Chefs, Servers and Bartenders. Chef’s Hands wants you, the client, to have the best experience possible through Custom Food, Custom Service, yet we understand Budgets.

Chef’s Hands Clients include Northern Trust Private Bank, McDonald Financial Group, Bond, Schoeneck & King, EarthShine/Charles Lindbergh Foundation, Wheelabrator Corporation and A G Edwards. Individuals, as well as corporations, are our clients, and a few of them are listed below.

Chef’s Hands, Inc. is owned and operated by M. S. “Chuck” Oberting, C.E.C., and his wife, Julia. Chuck is a Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation. He is one of only 2574 Certified Executive Chefs in the United States. He has over 25 years experience in the culinary field. He and Julia have been active in the American Culinary Federation on both a local and national level. Chuck was President of ACF Greater Cincinnati and was National Seal of Approval Chairman from 1988 through 1992.
