Chef’s Hands, Inc. uses only the freshest and finest ingredients available including Certified Angus Beef, Plume de Veau (Veal), fresh Maine Lobsters, fresh Gulf shrimp, hand-selected fruits and vegetables.
Our Chefs include over 45 years of food production experience. From Hotels to 5 Star restaurants, corporate dining to country clubs, owning our own restaurants and produce companies. We have the knowledge and experience to make sure our food tastes like the food it is supposed to taste like. We also feature our exclusive, specialty spice blends, homemade salad dressings, desserts, and Costa Rican Arribica Coffees.
In our 5 plus years of business, Chef’s Hands, Inc. has never received a sanitation score lower than a 99. Every member of our staff has attended classes and passed the SERV SAFE examination. All staff are Certified Food Service Managers. Chef owner M. S. “Chuck” Oberting is a Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation. He is one of only 2790 Certified Executive Chefs in the US.
